Auto-confirm bookings
Instantly confirm new bookings without manual approval.
By default, new bookings on Bontro are created with a "pending" status. Auto-confirm changes this so bookings are instantly confirmed the moment a client books — no action needed from you.
Who this is for: High-volume pros who don't need to manually approve every appointment: barbers, nail techs, braiders, estheticians. If you're booking 20+ appointments a week and never decline bookings, turn this on.
How to turn it on: 1. Go to Settings → Booking Page 2. Toggle on "Auto-confirm bookings" 3. Click Save Changes
Per-service override: You can also override the setting for individual services. Go to Dashboard → Services, edit any service, and toggle "Auto-confirm this service." This lets you auto-confirm quick services (like a line-up) while keeping manual approval for longer or higher-touch appointments (like a full color).
The "Use default" link resets the service back to whatever your account-level setting is.
Paid bookings: Bookings that require payment (deposit or full pay) are always confirmed after payment goes through — the Stripe webhook handles this automatically regardless of your auto-confirm setting.
