Enterprise vs Business plan — which one do I need?

When to use Business for a single pro and when Enterprise makes sense for a whole shop.

Use Business ($49/mo) if: - You're a solo pro or a small team where each person runs their own independent booking page - You want a custom subdomain just for your brand (e.g. yourname.bontro.co) - You don't need clients to browse a whole team in one place — each pro markets themselves separately

Business includes up to 5 people at $49/month flat. Each person above 5 is $10/month extra — so 6 = $59, 7 = $69, 8 = $79, and so on.

Use Enterprise ($220/mo) if: - You own or manage a shop and want one booking page where clients can browse your entire team - You have 2+ physical locations and want location tabs on a shared shop page - You want centralized consent form management — view and download every signed consent PDF across your whole roster from one place - You want org-wide analytics showing total bookings, ratings, and revenue across your entire team

How booking links work in Enterprise: Every pro on your roster gets their own booking link branded under the org — bontro.co/org/yourshop/their-name. When clients visit that link they see the pro's full booking page with a "Part of [Shop Name]" header. Clients can also discover the team through the main shop page at yourshop.bontro.co.

The difference isn't just price — it's the product: Business is built for pros who manage themselves. Enterprise is built for shop owners who manage a team. You get a shared brand, location management, a central consent form hub, and one URL your whole team lives under.
