Artist profiles, specialty, and portfolio photos

Give each staff member their own identity on the booking page.

Every staff member on Bontro has their own public profile shown on your booking page when clients choose who to book with. A strong artist profile drives more bookings.

What shows on your profile: - Name and photo — set in Settings → Profile - Bio — a short description of you and your work - Specialty — one line that tells clients what you do best (e.g. "Loc Extensions & Retwists", "Balayage & Color Correction") - Instagram — shown as a clickable @handle link, opens instagram.com in a new tab - Portfolio photos — up to 9 images shown in your staff card so clients see your work before they book

Setting up your profile: 1. Go to Settings → Profile 2. Fill in Bio, Specialty, and Instagram handle 3. Upload portfolio photos (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5MB each, up to 9 photos) 4. Click Save Profile

Per-artist booking link: Every artist gets a unique booking link: bontro.co/book/yourshop/artistId — share it on Instagram or TikTok so clients book directly with you, not just the shop. When a client visits that link, your profile is pre-selected and your portfolio is shown first.

Pro tip: Clients convert higher when they can see the artist's real work before booking. Upload your 9 best photos — show variety and consistency. Think of it as your booking-page portfolio, not your main grid.
