Team ops center — schedule, stats, and activity

See today's schedule across all staff, monthly stats per member, and recent activity.

The Team Ops Center gives owners and managers a live view of how the whole team is performing. It lives at the top of Dashboard → Team and is only visible to owners and managers.

Today's Schedule Shows all non-cancelled appointments booked for today, sorted by time. For each appointment you'll see: - Time slot (start and end) - Client name - Service name and which staff member is assigned - Status (Pending, Confirmed, or Done)

This replaces jumping between individual staff calendars to see what's happening today.

This Month Shows each active staff member with their month-to-date stats: - Number of non-cancelled bookings - Revenue collected (from payments recorded this month)

Members are sorted by booking count so your busiest staff appear at the top.

Recent Activity Shows the last 10 bookings created in the past 7 days, ordered from newest to oldest. Each row shows which client booked which service, with which staff member, and how long ago it was created.

All three sections load simultaneously when you open the Team page and refresh automatically after you add or remove a team member.
