Your client list
How the client list works, booking history, and total spend.
Dashboard -> Clients shows everyone who has ever booked with you, organized by email address.
What you see for each client: - Name (most recent name they used) - Email address - Phone number - Total bookings - Total amount spent (sum of all paid services) - Date of last booking
How clients are grouped: Each unique email address = one client record. If the same person books twice with slightly different names but the same email, they appear as one record with the most recent name shown.
Booking history: Click any client to see all their past and upcoming appointments. This is useful for: - Checking what services they have had - Seeing if they have any outstanding unpaid bookings - Looking up their phone number
Total spend: Shows the sum of all service prices for that client, not actual Stripe charges. It includes services that were paid in cash or logged manually. A good metric for identifying your best clients.
Searching clients: Use the search bar to filter by name or email instantly. Useful when you have dozens or hundreds of clients and need to find someone quickly.
Pro tip: Before a busy day, spend 60 seconds scanning your upcoming clients' notes and history. Remembering details from their last visit ("how was the wedding?") makes a huge difference in client experience and retention.
