How to reschedule your appointment
As a client, pick a new time for an upcoming appointment directly from your bookings page.
If your plans change, you can reschedule an upcoming appointment directly from your Bontro bookings page -- no need to cancel and rebook.
How to reschedule
1. Go to bontro.co/my-bookings and sign in if prompted 2. Find the appointment you want to move under Upcoming 3. Click the Reschedule button 4. Choose a new date from the date picker 5. Select an available time slot 6. Click Confirm
Both you and the service provider receive an email with the updated appointment time.
When can I reschedule?
The Reschedule button appears on upcoming appointments that are more than 2 hours away. Appointments within 2 hours cannot be rescheduled -- contact the provider directly if you need a last-minute change.
The Reschedule button isn't showing
A few reasons it might be hidden:
- The appointment is within 2 hours -- too close to move - The provider proposed a new time -- respond to their proposal first (Accept or Decline), then reschedule if needed - The appointment is cancelled or completed -- those cannot be changed
No available slots on my chosen date
If a date shows no slots, try an adjacent date. The provider may be fully booked or have different hours that day.
Will my payment carry over?
Yes. Any deposit or card already on file for the original booking stays attached to the rescheduled appointment. You won't be charged again for the reschedule.
