Using the calendar view on mobile

See your full schedule at a glance and tap appointments to manage them.

The Bontro mobile app includes a calendar view so you can see your full schedule at a glance without scrolling through a list.

Opening the calendar: Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner of the Appointments screen. This switches from the default list view to the calendar view.

Navigating months and days: The calendar shows a month view with your current month displayed by default. Swipe left or right to move between months. Tap any date to jump straight to that day's appointments — the list below updates to show only that day's bookings.

Reading the calendar: Booked slots appear as colored blocks on the calendar grid. The color corresponds to the appointment status (confirmed, pending, etc.). A quick glance tells you which days are busy and which are open.

Opening an appointment: Tap any colored block to open the appointment detail sheet. From there you can see the client's name, service, time, and payment status, and take any of the standard actions: - Confirm a pending booking - Complete a finished appointment - Cancel or mark as No Show - Propose a reschedule by suggesting a new time - Request payment by sending a payment link to the client

Refreshing: Pull down anywhere on the Appointments screen to refresh and load the latest bookings.
