Managing appointments in the mobile app

Filter tabs, confirming, completing, cancelling, and sending payment requests from the app.

The Appointments tab in the mobile app gives you quick access to your full schedule.

Filter tabs: At the top of the Appointments screen you will see horizontal tabs: - Upcoming -- Future bookings that are not cancelled or completed - Pending -- Bookings awaiting your confirmation - Confirmed -- Accepted upcoming bookings - Completed -- Past finished appointments - Cancelled -- Cancelled bookings

The active tab shows a count in parentheses (e.g., "Pending (3)") so you can see at a glance what needs attention.

Viewing appointment details: Tap any appointment card to open the detail sheet. You will see: - Client name, email, and phone - Service name and price - Date and time - Payment status (Unpaid / Paid) - Notes

Taking actions: From the detail sheet, tap the action buttons: - Confirm -- Moves pending booking to confirmed - Complete -- Marks the appointment as done (triggers review request email) - No Show -- Records that the client did not appear - Cancel -- Cancels the booking (client receives a cancellation email)

All actions require a confirmation tap to prevent accidents.

Sending a payment request: 1. Open an unpaid appointment 2. Tap "Send Payment Request" 3. Confirm or edit the amount 4. Tap Send 5. A payment link is generated -- share it via the native share sheet (text, WhatsApp, email)
