Managing your availability schedule from the mobile app

Add, view, and remove working-hour slots from your phone.

You can view and edit your working hours directly from the Bontro mobile app without opening the web dashboard.

Accessing your schedule: Go to the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar. Tap "Schedule" in the working hours section.

Reading the schedule screen: Your working hours are grouped by day of the week. Active days (days with at least one slot) appear at the top of the list. Days off (no slots set) appear below as chips you can tap to add hours. This makes it easy to see your week layout at a glance.

Adding a time slot: Tap the "+" button next to any day — or the "Add Slot" button in the header — to open the Add Slot modal. In the modal: 1. Confirm or change the day using the day selector 2. Enter your start time in HH:MM format (24-hour clock — for example, 09:00 for 9 AM or 14:30 for 2:30 PM) 3. Enter your end time in the same format 4. Tap Add

The new slot appears on that day immediately.

Removing a time slot: Tap the trash icon next to any existing slot. A confirmation prompt appears — tap Remove to delete it.

Multiple staff members: If your business has more than one staff member, a staff picker strip appears at the top of the Schedule screen. Tap "Business" to view and edit the shared business-wide hours, or tap a staff member's name to manage their personal schedule independently.

When changes take effect: Any slot you add or remove becomes active immediately for new client bookings. Existing confirmed bookings are not affected.
