Help/Getting Started/How to share your booking link

How to share your booking link

Direct link, QR code, Instagram bio, and custom subdomain options.

Your booking link is the most important URL in your business. Here is how to get it in front of the right people.

Your link formats: - Standard: bontro.co/book/your-slug - Subdomain (Business plan): your-slug.bontro.co - Widget embed (any plan): a "Book Now" button for your website

Where to share it:

Instagram bio: The single highest-value placement. Add your link in Settings -> Edit Profile on Instagram. Use a call to action like "Book your appointment ->" in your bio text.

TikTok bio: Same idea. Every video you post becomes a passive ad for your booking link.

Text messages: When a repeat client reaches out, send them your booking link instead of going back and forth on scheduling. Most clients will start using it once they've booked through it once.

Google Business Profile: Add your booking link as your "website" or use the "Appointments" link in Google Business Manager. Shows up when people search for you by name.

QR code: Generate a free QR code at any QR code site using your booking URL. Print it on business cards, add it to your station, or put it at checkout.

Email signature: Add your booking link to your email signature so every email you send includes a way to book.

Website: Use the embedded widget (Settings -> Booking Page -> Embed) to add a "Book Now" button directly on your site.

Pro tip: Shorten your slug to something memorable. Go to Settings and click "Edit link." Something like bontro.co/book/rayblendz is much easier to say out loud and type from memory.
