Starter plan booking limit
The 35 bookings/month limit, what counts, and when it resets.
The Starter (free) plan includes up to 35 bookings per month. Here is exactly how it works.
What counts as a booking: Any new booking created on your page counts toward the limit, regardless of status. Pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled -- they all count. The counter increments when the booking is created, not when the appointment happens.
What does not count: Manually logged payments, waitlist entries, and reschedule proposals do not consume your booking quota.
When the limit resets: The counter resets to zero on the 1st of each calendar month at midnight. It does not matter when your plan renews -- the booking counter is calendar-month based for all users.
What happens when you hit the limit: New bookings from your public booking page are blocked with a "This business is fully booked for the month" message. Existing bookings are not affected. You can still manage, confirm, and complete your current appointments.
How to check your current count: Go to Dashboard -> Overview. The booking quota card shows your current count vs limit (e.g., "28 / 35 bookings this month").
Upgrading from Starter: Growth and Business plans have no booking limit. If you consistently hit 30+ bookings per month, upgrading to Growth at $19/mo is worth it. The math: at $50/service, each extra booking over 35 is $50 in revenue. Growth pays for itself with one additional booking.
Pro tip: If you approach your limit late in the month, consider temporarily deactivating some service slots or availability to slow incoming bookings and prioritize repeat clients.
